USG report:: Foetal Heart Rate = 152 bpm Biparietal diameter= 3.3 cm 16 weeks 2 days Head circumference =12.5 cm 16 weeks 2 days Abdominal circumference= 10.4 cm 16 weeks 3 days Femur Length=2.07 cm 16 weeks 1 day Approximate foetal weight=151 gms +- 22 gms Estimated gestational age= 16 weeks 2 days EDD 11.02.2017 Placenta :Upper posterior and is of grade I maturity is seen Cervical length is 4.57 cm
