What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I need help am trying to conceive for 3 years my periods are irregular i went to see a Ob gyn 3 days ago and the result are as follows  Uterus  Anteverted measuring 75*40*55mm in size Single layered endometrium measuring 16mm No fibroid/mass or gestations sac seen RIGHT OVARY measures 22*16mm show multiple small developing follcicles  LEFT OVARY measures 20*14mm in size shows multiple small developing follicles  No evidence of any dominant follicle seen on either side POUCH OF DOUGLAS  No fluid is seen in pouch of Douglas The bladder is outlined normally,  The doctor dint explain anything to me i need serious help he gave me medicine  DICYNONE 500 PONSTAN FORTE 500MG TWICE PER DAY FERROVIT My period are irregular since 2006 miss for 2, 3, 4 or more months like now my periods came on 9th/6/2016 spotting 3 days and after it came on 15th/6/2016 normal flow 4 12days since then i havent had my periods please help

Hello,

* The report with alteration in the uterine size, both sides ovarian follicles indicate hormone imbalance at the level of estrogen and progesterone via chronic hypothalamo pitutary axis mal functioning, endometriosis or else.

* A detailed hormone study is a must to proceed for the same.
* After a trial of adequate hormone therapy for 3-6 months, in my clinic I recommend a diagnostic laparoscopy in this instance so that if needed biopsy specimen also can be taken out along with curative approach per operative period only.
