five months ago i had an operation due to acute appendicitis, dermoid cyst on left ovary and endemetriosis on right ovary. presently, i consulted my ob-gyne because i experienced intermittent pain on my lower right abdomen, i had my ultrasound and the result is as follows: tubulocystic structure - inflammatory reaction suggestive of a pyosalpinx, right adnexia; corpus luteum, left and dermoid cyst left. my doctor asked me if i have a partner or any sexual contact/activity, i told them i have none. i do not have any of that. i am wondering, how can i have tubulocystic structure- (pyosalpinx) when i do not have any sexual contact/act ever since? about the dermoid cyst found on my left ovary, how can it easily retur/develop within five months from my surgery? what is this cause? how it develops? how to prevent it? is there food to prevent? thank you very much.
