What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I have carcinoma in situ of the esaohagus. Waiting to go to Berlin for EUS treatment. I m very worried. The polyp is 3cm. I have recently had blood test tests my alt was 275 and now is 160 but my ferritin level is 508. My ultrasound showed a grainy liver - what could this mean Thanks for your help I m playing a waiting game and feel desperate
