What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Hi, Im hanie and im 18 y/o. Base on my ultrasound my remarks is, normal-sized retroverted uterus with secretory endometrium unremarkable ovaries Consider Pyosalpinx, Right - My doctor says that it can cause cancer, is that true? And im not feeling well right now. I have a fever, and i always feel a pain in my right side of my stomach. What would i do?

Your rigjt sided abdominal pain is because of that pyosalpinx which is infection in the right sided tube once the infection subsides pain resolves.
There may be a chance of developing cancer but can't say for sure at this stage and at your age it is very less likey.
Some tests like tumor markers will say about cancer but those are positive only once the cancer develops
