HI DOCTOR MY SISTER HAS 5 MM CALCULUS IN MIDPOLE REGION OF RIGHT KIDNEY. ALSO 5 MM CALCULUS IN LEFT UJV 3.8 X 3 CM CYSTIC AVASCULAR LESION WITH THIN SEPTAE AND TWO PYPERECHOIC ECCENTRIC NODULES WITHIN SEEN IN RIGHT OVARY REPESENTING POSSIBILITY OF RIGHT OVARIAN DERMOID THIS ARE AS PER HER USG REPORT KINDLY SUGGEST.

The ultrasound report shows the presence of stones in both kidneys.

The right ovary shows nodules suggestive of a germ cell tumor called dermoid.

I suggest you consult your gynecologist for further management.

The right ovary may require surgical removal.
