What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Can u answer what did it means of single live intrauterine pregnancy in cephalic presentation with good cardiac and somatic activities,29 weeks & 6 days by biometry. Placenta anterior,grade2, high lying; Normohydramnios; estimated fetal weight is appropriate for gestational age. It is good for me and my baby? It is a normal ?

Hi,

Based on the ultrasound scan, the parameters described are normal at this stage for both yourself and the baby. Pregnancy has a single fetus, which is developing well with good movements and appropriate cardiac activity.

Based on the measurements, it is stating that the pregnancy is 29 weeks and 6 days.

Placement of placenta is fine with proper maturity at this stage. Fluid covering the baby is also adequate and normal.

Fetal weight is also appropriate for gestational age, indicating that the development is taking place properly.

Kindly follow the antenatal instructions given by your doctor for a healthy outcome.
