What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Doctor,pls am 37yrs, a female,i woke up with a serious pain at the lower right side of waist,i went for ultrasoundscan on my kidney and it read normal sized, regular outline, normal corticomedullary echo differentiation with patchy and echogenic medulla, no calculai. pls what does it mean

Hello!
Related your concern you have done the kidney ultrasound to see for a renal problem including calcula in it.
But based on this ultrasound report you don't have any kidney (renal) problem ( your kidney are normal without stone). So if this situation last more and be more severe you should meet a doctor to do a physical examination and lab tests to see for other reasons that can cause this situation.
