57 yrs old menopausal women with endometrium ill-defined and mildly thickened measuring up to 9 mm. Possible hypoechoic mass within it suspicious for a polyp. it measure 5 x 3 x 5 mm. No fibroids are seen. have a biopsy coming up. how much risk for something serious given ill-defined and 9 mm? what quesitons should I be asking my gynec?
