Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You have polycystic ovaries but you don't seem to have a polycystic ovary disease because you don't fulfill the criteria for that. You ought to have at least another finding like clinical or biochemical androgynism acne, hirsutism, high level of LH, testosterone or androstenedione, or long-term (chronic) anovulation. But, if you are trying for 4 years to get pregnant and you haven't succeeded then there is something wrong and you have to do a checkup with a gynecologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Klodian

Yes, you have a great chance to get pregnant.

You can take a short period of treatment for polycystic ovaries. Nothing serious to be worried about.
