What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I had Robotic Bilateral Partial Nephrectomy and was detected with RCC. One year have passed after surgery. Under continuous follow up. Also under homeopathy treatment of Dr. Prasanta Banerjje in Kolkata. Recent USG shows No evidence of recurrence or residual lesion but tiny calcification in the upper pole of right kidney. you may require the CT SCAN for seeing the what are the tiny calcification after consulting your doctor.
