What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hello Three months back I was diagnosed with a simple cyst on left n right ovary. My doctor prescribed me hormonal tablet, to have for 3 months to see if the cyst dissovles on itd own. I again went for scan after three months and the cyst still remains, grown in size Giving details as on 06.01.17 Uterus: 6.6×4.5×4.3 cms. Retroflexed Tiny specks of 4 to 5 hyper echoic foci seen along posterior of fundus. Right ovary 2.1× 1.4 cms Left ovary 4.1×2.6 cms. Thin walled clear cyst measuring 28×26mm seen in left ovary. Scan taken on 12.05.17: Uterus: 8.4×4.0×4.5 cms. Anteverted. Tiny specks of 4 to 5 hyper echoic foci seen along posterior endometrium of fundus. Right ovary 2.9×2.0 cms Left ovary 4.4×3.7 cms Two simple cyst measuring 1.9×1.7 cms and 2.7×2.6 cms seen in left ovary. All appear normal. My question is since the cyst is growing, do I need to worry. Any treatment for the same.

i dont see that the cyst is growing, it is rather stable with development of a new cyst besides it.
simple cysts frequently form in the menstruating women and it is recommended that cysts less then 5 cm in menstruating women do not need any follow up, i.e. no treatment is needed.
since your cysts are also simple cysts measuring less then 5 cm, i think you dont need to worry.
