What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

the retroverted uterus is normal in size with heterogenous echopattern, measuring 5.2 x 5.0 x 4.3cm. There are five intramural myomas some with subserous component seen, the largest measuring 4.9 x 4.9 cm. the endometrial stripe is intact, measuring .65cm in full thickness. the ovaries are obscured by overlying bowel gas. A cyst is seen at the left adnexa measuring 3.7x2.9cm. the posterior cul-de sac in unremarkable.

You haven't told us the most important input, How old are you. I think you are less than 50 which means your reproductive system is in work out. Are you trying to conceive? If it is so myomas can mean trouble, if you are not and you have not bleeding out of your menstrual cycle than you have not to worry. Just do check ups every 6 months. Cyst in left adnexa probably is a follicular cyst (normal).
