hai, i just have my examination for transviginal and the findings shows uterus:anteverted, 7.6 x 3.6 x 4.0 cm, unenlarged, empty with homogenous echo pattern endometrium: 0.8cm, thin, with entact subendometrial halo adnexa right ovary: 3.4 x 2.1 x 1.7 cm, lateral to uterus left ovary: 3.3 x 2.0 x 2.1 cm lateral to the uterus with follicles. there are multiple( 12 subcentimeter subcapsular anechoic cysts in the right ovary.) cervix: smooth and closed; nabothian cyst-none others: no fluid in the cul de sac
Hello and welcome to HCM, The ultrasound report of pelvis shows presence of multiple cysts in left ovary. All other structures are normal. Multiple cysts in ovary suggest polycystic ovary which can lead to polycystic ovarian syndrome. You need to consult your gynecologist.
