What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Last 3 month I did not getting my period ,so I scan my uterus ,in scan report says thikened endometrium ,pls tell me what is this and all ,my sacning report like this Retroperitonem- obscured by bowel gas IMPRESSION Thikened endometrium No other sonological obnormality detected

It is f no importance. It is normal that endometrium get thicker when your periods are delayed. "Retroperitonem- obscured by bowel gas IMPRESSION" is another normal finding, principally the doctor is saying that he is not able to prescribe the reptroperitoneum zone because of bowel gas (ultrasound image is impaired by gas, just physics law), which is a normal thing. Important thing is that you don't have any ovarien cyst enlargement and what is more you don't have pregnancy. Although to be sure you have to do e pregnancy test because sometime in early stages you cannot exclude extrauterine pregnancy only by ultrasound.
