What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
What does this mean? The uterus measures 8.3 x 5.5 x 6.6 cm. No free pelvic fluid. The right ovary is normal in size, echogenicity, and contour with normal right ovarian Doppler blood flow measuring 3.6 x 2.4 x 3.5 cm. Within the left ovary is a round well-circumscribed anechoic lesion measuring 4.4 x 4.5 x 4.3 cm. Overall the left ovary measures 5.7 x 5 x 5.5 cm with normal color Doppler blood flow.

madam your left ovary is having cyst .please tell what you had menses last time and what is your problem especially any menstrual irregularity.
