What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi dr this is zara here.. Actually iam pregnant and my last period date is 11-april-2017.. But my ultrasound report is not fine .. My ultrasound report show 9 weeks and 1 day.. My report Fetal pole identified with CRL 24mm.. Cardiac flicker noted .. Normal yolk sac A hypoechioc area measuring 10.2mm Suggestive of pregestational bleed.. Plz tell me its normal??? And my pregnancy is safed?

Pre-gestational hemorrhage more than 50 mm is not good, so you should undergo repeat scan after 2 weeks and at that time the size should decrease .Till then take rest .and keep your BP and sugar level under control .
