What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Hi, what does my Sonographic Findings means? The resulty says - The uterus is anteverted with coarse contour and heterogenous echopattern measuring 7.4x5.2x5.9cms. Cervix measure 2.6x2.4x2.4cms. The endometrium is hyperechoic measuring 1.2cms with intact subendometrial halo. There is a circumscribed heterogenous mass measuring 4.8x4.4cms located at the anterior mid corpus area( intramural). Does this mean i need to go under operation? can i still have a child?

welcome to HCM.i have analysed your query.my opinion is that,you have fibroid.you should consult with your gynaecologist.she will prescribe you drugs or she will guide you for surgical removal of fibroid.
