What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

i cannot understand of the hsg report..plz tell something...uterus appears deviated to to the left.no within the endometrial cavity. fallopian tubes:both fallopian tubes are not visualized. peritoneal spillage:no peritoneal spillage seen on either side.

it means that there is something abnormal in patency of fallopian tube..or fallopian tube is congenitally absent.....further investigations may be required to confirm that.
