yes I have a question.... what does this mean... FINDINGS: The uterus measures 65 a 55 x 50 mm. There is abnormal thickening of the endometrial stripe measuring up to 23 mm. Internal small cystic areas are present. The right ovary measures 24 x 13 x 13 mm, left measures 24 x 17 x 16 mm. No abnormal fluid in the adnexal and cul-de-sac area. IMPRESSION: Abnormally thickened endometrial stripe with internal cystic areas. Appearance could relate to endometrial hyperplasia, although neoplasia cannot be excluded.
HI Well come to HCM Such finding may considered as normal if no malignancy is there because in certain age such uterine cavity changes is likely although this need to be correlated with clinical condition for what the sonography done, else this is nothing to worry take care
