What Does This Ultrasound Report Mean?

yes I have a question.... what does this mean... FINDINGS: The uterus measures 65 a 55 x 50 mm. There is abnormal thickening of the endometrial stripe measuring up to 23 mm. Internal small cystic areas are present. The right ovary measures 24 x 13 x 13 mm, left measures 24 x 17 x 16 mm. No abnormal fluid in the adnexal and cul-de-sac area. IMPRESSION: Abnormally thickened endometrial stripe with internal cystic areas. Appearance could relate to endometrial hyperplasia, although neoplasia cannot be excluded.
