General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your ultrasound shows urinary stones in right side of your urinary tract. One of them is in upper part of right kidney and another is situated at junction where right ureter enters urinary bladder. These need to be treated. The treatment would depend on severity of symptoms, type of the stones. Please consult a urologist, get investigated so that the picture would be clear and you would be advised cause specific treatment(can be medicines, Application of lithotripsy where the stone are crushed and flushed out or surgery).

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
