General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Cyst of ovary is normal physiologic finding and has nothing to do with progress of pregnancy as it is only 2.4 cm size. The ultrasound growth and LMP differs by 14 days period as both show up distance of 2 weeks from conception, one measures embryo age and another fetus.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
