What Does This Ultrasound Report Mean?
Hello sir , i am worried about my wife , here is the result ,, the endometrium is well outlined and thick,, thickness is 15.4 and then iright and left ovary are normale .uterus is also normal in shap and size , no fluid collection and nother masses seen in the pelvis. Beside all this i want you to know that she is 70 kg , more than normal ,, her mensturation cycle is not normal ,, sometime during mensturation she does not bleed much , we havent taken any children yet but planning for this year . I am worried about her health first ,, can you please clarify please.

The thickness of the uterine wall is slightly high and so condition like endometrial hyperplasia must be ruled out. Consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated. She might require a dilation& curettage also.
