What Does This Ultrasound Report Mean?

The uterus is anteverted measuring 6.6 x 3.5 x 4.6 cm. The endometrium measures 1.0 cm in thickness. The ovaries are normal in size. A small amount of free fluid is noted in the cul-de-sac what does that mean ? That was noted in my lap results can this prevent me from getting pregnant ?

Noted you have endomtrium thickness 1 cm
Which is increased.Usually it is up to 0.5 cm.

It could be by endometrial hyperplasia..
Under effect of estrogen simple hyperplasia is common...

Here your detail history esp about vaginal bleeding should taken ...And investigated properly by per speculum examination if needed....

You can consult gynecologist for more opinion...

It will not affect you in becoming pregnant...
