General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

I have gone through your query, i will try to give you suggestion which will be helpful to you.

Bilateral renal parenchymal disease occurs secondary to hypertension or diabetes. And also there is calcification with mild urine retention which suggests there could be a renal calculi. Ask your father to drink plenty of fluids for flushing of stone and control of diabetes and hypertension if any to prevent the progression of renal disease.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. I will be glad to help you in case if you have any further queries.

Thank you
I find this answer helpful
