What Does This Ultrasound Report Of Pelvis Indicate?

Hi sir im trying for pregnancy .my lmp was 1-9-2015.i took ultrasound my day of 8th it shows uterus retroverted.total lenth 81.1mms. Myometrium appears homogenus .endometrial thickness 10.3mms. Right overian follicle 13.7mms.pouch of douglas minimal fluid seen.any problem in my uterus im so worry about this.plz help me sir.

they are is nouse of doing such investigation before so much of time. most probably you have done the investigation of your own without any medical advise.it will be safe for delivery. give the report to specialist who is going to manage your antenatal care till delivery.
