What Does This Ultrasound Report Of Pregnant Woman Mean?

Hi my diagnosis in my ultrasound is: SIngle, Live Intrauterine Pregnancy, Cephalic in Presentation, 33 55/7 weeks Normal Amniotic Fluid with AFI=16.65 cm ( 50th percentile) Placenta: Anterior, grade 2, High Lying Sonographic EFW= 2269 grams, Adequate for gestational age ( 50th percentile based on Filipino range of 1408-2914 grams) BPS=8/8

Dear patient
Your ultrasound report is suggestive of single live fetus inside uterus and is healthy. Cephalic presentation means baby is lying upside down means head down and legs up which is most common position. Amniotic fluid is fluid around baby from which she takes nutrition. AFI is amniotic fluid index which I'd calculated by formula and is normal. Placenta is structure which joins umbilical cord to uterus. It is lying anterior and grading is based on its extent. EFW is expected fetal weight at term.Adequate for gestational age means baby growth is normal in relation to weeks of pregnancy.
