Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your thyroid ultrasound result show a Multinodular goiter. Considering the ultrasound result and the fact that you have pain in the thyroid area,i suggest to do the thyroid hormones panel(TSH,fT3,fT4),a CRP test ,ESR test and a complete blood count test.

These results will be helpful to understand the actual thyroid function and the cause of your symptom. My advice is to consult your local endocrinologist for the right diagnosis, possible treatement and the follow up of your thyroid condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Elona Xhardo
