What Does This Ultrasound Report Signify?
Hi i just had my ultrasound done and report came out little scary. It says Hypoechoic structure in the left ovary measuring 1.7x 0.9 cm that could represent complex cyst or hemorrhagic cyst. Short term follow up ultrasound may be beneficial to assess for resolution.
