What Does This Ultrasound Report Signify?

My last periods date was 17th of April.l started spotting since 8th of June,which is converted in little bleeding, especially when I went bathroom but it is with out pain.i did my ultrasound on 16th of June which says, a small fetal pole is present, measuring 0.3cm, but no heart beat.6week pregnancy.The gestational sac itself appears unremarkable. My hcg go down one time but it rise again. Please let me know it is good or not.

Hello,

Most likely you have a missed abortion but if you want to wait then you can wait for another 1 week and get an ultrasound but do consult a gynecologist for medication.
