can you please explain this if i am for surgery or if a non surgical treatment could be done on the myoma. i have an anteverted uterus 7.3x5.0x6.3cm with homogenous echopattern. also a subtle hypoechoic nodule measuring 1.5x1.0.x2.ocm in the posterior mymoetrium. the endometrium exhibit a trilaminar layer and thickened measuring 1.2cm the right ovary measures 2.8x2.5.2.0cm while the left ovary measures 3.0x2.5x1.9cm both shows developing follicles with dominant follide in the left. the cervix is open and distended with fluid . Cysts are also noted. Negative for posterior cul de sac fluid noradnexal mass pathology seen. the impressions are: Anteverded uterus with intramural myoma Thickened endometrium (late proliferative stage) Fluid filled endocervical canal Nabothian cysts Normal sonogram of the ovaries
