What Does This Ultrasound Report Signify?

Dear Sir/Madam, My wife is pregnant and her yesterday ultrasound report here. Please see the reports and kindly advise me the peoblem n also solutions. BPD - 77 MM 31WK 2D HC - 317 MM 35WK 5D FL - 69 MM 35WK 5D AC - 289 MM 33 WK 0D Av biometric maturity 34 wk 0d, menstrual age 37wk4d. FHR 144/mn, EFW 2298 gram +- 15%. Placenta posterior not low lying. No retroplacental bleed noted. Liquor is inadequate, AFI 4cm. There is no gross anomaly. Internal os is closed. No cord loop around neck.

Hi, I think the report suggests she is having a IUGR baby that means baby growth is not good. IT is lagging behind. Also the fluid level is less. So, pregnancy may need to be terminated early. Do a biophysical profile twice in a week. Also umbilical artery doppler should be done twice in a week. If any absent or decrease in flow to fetus is seen, you should go for termination of pregnancy. Discuss with your doctor regarding this. Baby will require nursery also. Hope it helps.
