What Does This Ultrasound Report Signify?
Dear Doctor at 32 weeks of GA, APD=12mm for left kidney then 38 weeks of GA APD becomes 16mm, 10days back my wife deliveried a baby boy then after 5 days we have done ultrasound in that it become APD=21mm , and one more finding is cortex thining and 3mm. we are worrying .... what may be the problem..

It is a renal parenchymal disease. What are blood urea and serum creatinine level? What is the level of GFR? Visit a nephrologist as soon as possible.
