What Does This Ultrasound Report Signify?

I have secondary amenorrhoea for the past 7 months , my ultrasound scan results indicated I have thick endometrial cavity with heterogeneous average in size 8.5cm by 5.3cm by 4.6cm. Perdenculated myoma measuring 5.4cm by 5.1cm. Please what is the implications,effect and meaning

I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the ultrasound report you have mentioned.
This report is suggestive of myoma (fibroid) in uterus. Fibroid is benign tumour of uterus.
Since it is pedenculated and large, better to remove it surgically.
You are also having thick endometrial cavity. So curettege will be therapeutic in your case. After curettege and fibroid removal, you will need mostly get normal menses.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
