Thyroid test diffusely enlarged thyroid gland with parenchymal disease and nodules bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy Ultra sound report The thyroid gland is diffusely enlarged w/a heterogeneous and coarsened echopattern .the right thyroid lobe measures 5.5cm x 2.4cm x 1.7cm and the left thyroid lobe measures 5.5cm x 2.5cm x 1.8cm.a few heterogeneous solid foci w/anechoic areas are seen in both lobes ,with the largest in therightcupper pole measuring 0.95 cm x 0.55cm and 0.95 cm x0.97cmx 0.65cm in the maximal Ap diameter There several ovoid hypoechoic solid foci in the lateral cervical area a few in the left upper lateral cervical area,w the largest in the right upper measuring 1.83 cm x 0.69 cm(L x Ap)and 2.47 cm x 0.72 cm in the left.the rest of the cervical soft tissue and vascural structures are remarkable, what is the exact meaning of that thanks,
