i have a question about my ultrasound. uterus : 7.1x 4.7x 3.6 cm anteverted cervix : 7.1 x cm with naboyhian cyst endometrium : 0.3 cm right ovary : 2.6 x 2.0 x 1.9 cm left ovary : 2.8 x 2.0 x 1.4 cm others : no free fluid in the cul de sac do i have a problem in my health?
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. The following things can be inferred by the ultrasound report you have furnished. 1. Uterus measurements and cervix appears to be normal. 2. Nabothian cyst is a mucus-filled cyst which appears on the surface of the cervix. They are fairly common and are non-cancerous in nature. They are not a threat to your health, and they are not a sign of cervical cancer. 3. Right and left ovary size appears to be normal. 4. No free fluid in cul de sac indicates that you have not ovulated or it rules out the presence of pelvic infections. Hence, the report could be considered as normal.
