What Does This Ultrasound Result For Uterus Indicate?
My ultrasound report shows,Uterus is anteverted in position measures 6.0x4.4x3.2cms,Endometrial thickness is 4.34mm,Both ovaries shows multiple follicles in peripheral distribution with a dominant follicle 14x11mm in right.Right ovary 39x23x22mm vol 10.8cc,Left ovary 39x26x16mm vol 9.0cc,Free fluid seen in the Cul-de-sac.Please advise if it is normal or not

Welcome to HCM. I understand your concern. It is a perfectly normal sonography report. Some amount of fluid is seen in Cul de sac and it does not lead to any discomfort. During follicular phase of menstrual cycle multiple follicles are in different stages of development and only one of them becomes dominant and rest follicles regress spontaneously.So it is monthly cycle.
