What Does This Ultrasound Scan Finding Indicate?

Uterus is bulky ,anteverted measures 118into 63 mm in size, Fundal region shows mass measuring 41 into 38mm. Endometrium hypoechoic measures 21mm thickness i am afraid, is it a big problem? I am un married why it was happen to me. I am 45 year old female

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
After going through the ultrasound report, it suggests a single mass in the fundal region (upper part of the uterus) and as a result uterus is bulky (bigger in size than normal). Even endometrium (lining layer of uterus) is thicker than normal.
From this, it appears that you have a 'fibroid' in the upper portion of the uterus.
It is not a big problem. You can undergo an operational procedure called 'myomectomy' for the removal of mass in the upper portion of uterus.
After that, you need to wait and see how your endometrium will respond.
If it comes back to normal, then no intervention is needed. Otherwise, depending on the response, suitable measures needs to be taken.
Kindly consult Gynecologist for opinion and mangement in this regard.
