What Does This Ultrasound Scan Findings Indicate?

I am 3 weeks 6 days pregnant and had an ultrasound today. My beta hcg was 220 and my endometrial stripe measured 4mm. From what I m reading that s really low. Should I be concerned? I can t see my doctor until Monday. They couldn t see anything on the ultrasound either, but I didn t expect to this early.

Hello mem,
Good morning,
First of all I must congretulate for pregnancy n I wish you ll have healthy baby...
Now coming to question I read your history twice, in which you mentioned you have 3 week 6days means around 4 week pregnancy but still you didn't mention units for beta hcg
Generally beta hcg level increase in pregnancy n it's level double in 31-48 hours if you have intra uterine pregnancy...
Generally during 3-4 week of pregnacy beta hcg level may be in range of 500-6000 mIU/ml... now endometrial thickness is increased during pregnancy than you have not pregnancy...
So according to me you are still normal n having healthy pregnancy...so don't worry...
