What Does This Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Hi I ve just had a scan and i would like to know what this means Liver,Gall Bladder, opleen, pancreas and both Renals -NAO. AV uterus measure 7.0cm X 4.4cm ,regular in outlines Endometrium thickness measurement 1.05cm Rt ovary is seen NAD Lt Ovary is not visiualized Less than minimal FF is noted in POD.
