What Does This Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

I was feeling weak and nausea for four days so i had an ultrasound scan to see if iwas pregnant..can you please interpret this for me... Alv uterus measures 8.2 ×3.6 cm with regular outlines and echoes, endometrium measures 1.2 cm in AP diameter, ovaries are not visual and no free fluids

i appreciate your health concerns
Based upon this ultrasound report there is no evidence of pregnancy at all.. As far as findings are concerned it appear normal but it is an incomplete scan . ovaries are not visualized also the urinary bladder too. you should consult your doctor so that it can be co related clinically
