What Does This Ultrasound Scan Report Mean?

I had an early pregnancy scan but I m worried about miscarriage. My gestational sack was 8mm x 7mm x 9mm with a mean of 8mm. The yolk sac had a mean of 5mm. However there was no fetal pole or heartbeat. By dates I should be between 6-8 weeks. Does this sound normal or are my measurements worrying. Thank you

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is no heart beat there and it is around 6 weeks then it may be matter of concern and better to have opinion from gynecologist, chances of miscarriage need to be ruled out, hope this helps, take care and have nice day.
