What Does This Ultrasound Test Result During Pregnancy Indicate?

Sir Gestation-single,intra-uterin;fetis-single alive Cephalic presentation in longitudinal lie Placenta-anterior,upper uterin segment;grade-3 no previa Liquor:average. Fetal bio-physical score-8/8 Fetal head-calvarial outline-normal,internal echo normal,no ventricular dilatation. Fetal spine-normal. Fetal spine,limb movement seen. Evidence of any congenital anomalies not detected , Carvix-long.internal OS is closed,no SOL No pelvic or uterin SOL FHR-136 Bpm Lmp-26/03/15 eddby lmp-31/12/15 GA by LMP-32 WKS 1 day Is it now good or bad or normal

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Based on the ultrasound report, the following things can be inferred.
1. It is a single pregnancy.
2. Fetus is in normal cephalic presentation.
3. Placenta is also normal and shows proper maturity.
4. Fluid surrounding the fetus is average.
5. Fetal bio-physical parameters are normal with proper movements and no congenital anomalies. Fetal heart rate is also normal with 136 beats per minute.
6. Cervix is normal.
Hence, there is no abnormality seen and it is a normal scan. As per the scan it suggests the pregnancy to be 32 weeks 1 day with expected date of delivery being 31.12.2015.
Kindly continue with the things as advised.
