What Does This Ultrasound Test Result For Abdomen And Back Pain Indicate?

Respected Doctor,Me R.K.VERMA, AGED 35, WEIGHT 78 Kg, TECHER AS A PROFESSION.My Ultrasound was performed on 09-05-2015 due to intollerable pain I abdomen & back.IMPRESSIONS ARE:* FATTT LIVER GRADE II.* RIGHT RENAL HYDRONEPHROSIS GRADE I DUE TO URETERIC CALCULUS.* PELVICALYCEAL SYSTEM IS OPENED UP. MAXIMUM CALYCEAL SEPARATION MEASURES 8-9 mom. UPPER END OF RIGHT URETER APPEARS SLIGHTLY DILATED.Please tell me the painless n short treatment with medicine s name, brand & dose.Please help n oblige me.REGARDS.
