Dear Sir,Im Kamal Kanti Bag from Kolkata.My Father s USG report:L Kedney:1.bilk in size with dimention of 159mm 2.marked thining of cortex evident.3.calculus suspected at pelvi-ureteric junction.4.moderate to huge degree of pelvicalyceal dilatation seen.fluid of pelvicalyceal system is filled up with internal echoes pyonephrosis.R kedney:1.features o0f compensatory hypertrophied evident with bipolar length of 133mm 2.cortical thikness appear normal3. no evidetn of pelvicalyceal or ureteric dilatation seen on R side.Urinary Bladder :1.wall is middly thickened2.no demonstrable space occupying lesion seen in urtery bledder lumen3.no abnormal residual urine seen.pls suggest@ YYYY@YYYY
The report says that there is marked fluid collection with in the kidneys and urinary tract, possibly from a stone obstructing the urine flow. This usually demand endoscopy to remove any stones / obstruction there. Kindly consult a urologist for management.
