What Does This Ultrasound Test Result For Lower Abdominal Pain Indicate?
Respected Doctor, My wife age 25 , complain IMG lower abdominal pain for 4_5 days. USG report has shown 4 weeks gestational sac containing uterus. She had H/O Hypothyroidism and hyperprolactaemia. She has one daughter ,3 years old. During first pregnancy she had taken Tab .Gestrenol. Now my question is will she take this medicine during her second pregnancy? Her TSH level is now normal.
If she is having abdominal pain than in my opinion she has to consult gynecologist and get herself examined. Gestrenol is to be taken only if the treating gynecologist feels the need that its required as this medication is not a must during pregnancy. Her thyroid hormones are to be well controlled .
