What Does This Ultrasound Test Result For Severe Abdominal Pain Indicate?

I have been bleeding for 4 months with a day or two here or there with no bleeding. I have had severe pain in my abdomen and have been to hospital several times only to be sent away by the doctors after giving me pain killers. I had an ultra sound which states I have; trace of physiological free fluid is seen apart douglas with tiny cyctic areas seen adjacent to the endometrium possibly a myometrial or submucosal cysts. Endometriosis runs high in the woman of my family and I am really worried that this is what it is. What should I do

It is understandable to be concerned but the ultrasound does not mention the possibility of endometriosis.

It would have been identified on ultrasound, if it was not seen then , based on this result, you do not currently have endometriosis.

The ultrasound does indicate that there are cysts present however which may be contributing to your pain and bleeding.
