What Does This Ultrasound Test Result For Shoulder Pain Indicate?

I have a lipoma on my back and it gives me pain just under the shoulder blade and on the spine, l had an ultrasound done and there is a little line with 1 , 2, 3, and the one is yellow the 2 is orange and almost on the 3 it is the colour red, what does it mean?

I really appreciate your concern, lipoma does not cause any pain (Most of the time ) and if this so then it need to be seen for infection and need to be treated according and second differential diagnosis need to be taken into consideration, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
