My scanning report says Uterus is antiverted and bulky,the endometrial thickness is 7.2mm,Myometrium is heterogeneous,Right ovary is 4.1*2.2cms and contains multiple small follicles left ovary is adherent and contains an irregular cyst of 1.8*1.2cms with echogenic contents

1. anteverted uterus [is normal position of uterus] whereas bulky uterus means there is some pathology like irregular menses or adenomyoma.
2. An endometrial thickness >5 mm should be investigated.
3. a diagnostic D&C [dilatation and curettage] should be done to know the exact cause.
