He llo.A well defined thin walled simple cyst measuring 3.94*3.40*2.69cms(volume 18.9cc)is noticed in the right adnexal region with compressed ovarian tissue in the periphery..no evidence of internal echoes/mural nodes/vascularilty is noted within it

Hi.

The ultrasound reports an ovarian cyst found which has cause some amount of compression of the surrounding normal tissue. This can be the cause for any irregularities you are experiencing with your menstrual cycle (if at all you are). Please discuss further management with your doctor.
